Using Semsar
By submitting a buyback order, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and have the right to sell every tool you submit. Do not submit stolen property or provide false information.
Offers and tool condition
Offers are based on the brand, tool type and condition you select. Each tool in a combined order is priced individually. Offers are subject to inspection confirming that the tools match the submitted details. If they do not match, we will contact you before proceeding with a revised offer.
Shipping
Semsar provides a prepaid shipping label for accepted orders. You are responsible for securely packing your tools and following the carrier’s requirements, including restrictions on batteries and hazardous materials. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.
Inspection and payment
Payment is issued using the selected payout method after your tools are received, inspected and accepted. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Processing and delivery times may vary by carrier and payment provider; no fixed payment deadline is promised here.
Accounts
An account is created during your first checkout so you can track your orders. Keep your password private and provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Order questions and disputes
For questions about an order, cancellation, a revised offer or a return, reply to your Semsar order email. Any return arrangements and applicable costs must be agreed before a return is arranged. Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected.
Service availability and legal rights
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law determines any mandatory rights and obligations.
Updates
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when your order is submitted applies to that order.
